Up to 10 hours of Videography Coverage. Capturing the getting ready moments all the way to the final send off.
Unique angles and perspectives from your wedding day, with the help of our team of 3 videographers. Benefit from having multiple eyes and cameras to ensure no moment is missed. The industry standard is just 1 videographer, but at timeless visions we have a team to film your wedding. Wedding videography is extremely complex and having 3 videographers can mean the difference between a good video and an unforgettable film.
Audio coverage throughout your wedding day is crucial to making an unforgettable wedding film. We capture every angle of sound with the highest quality equipment.
We use cinema level cameras and equipment to deliver our videos in full 4K resolution ready for any device. We also upload to YouTube to ensure easy sharing with all family/friends and to social platforms anywhere. All the best clips are hand selected with an award-winning editing process to ensure you get the film from your special day.
Build your anticipation for your wedding film by enjoying a 30 second wedding trailer within 2 days after your wedding!
You receive a full length, 12 minute wedding film along with the full videos of your ceremony, special dances, and toasts. Videos are complete with editing, sound mixing, aerial coverage, production, and meticulous processing to make the most incredible film of your wedding day. Trust us when we say you'll want to watch these videos all the time!
From the moment you book until the day you receive your final gallery, we are here for you every step of the way. Immediate responses, consultation availability, questions or concerns, and everything you need. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, having us for your journey is truly something thats invaluable to your experience.
Once your videos are complete, we will mail you a personalized wedding video book, along with a USB flash drive containing all the videos. This is great for keeping your videos safe and available to share with all devices conveniently.
Immediately Upon booking, you will receive our exclusive wedding planning guide. This is packed with knowledge, tips, and ideas to plan your special day, with respect to your videography coverage. This will ensure a seamless experience and stunning photos.
All of our friends, peers, and connections within the industry are ready and available for you to consider. Doing over 500 weddings has helped us weed out the best-of-the-best from the wedding industry, so finding those last few quality vendors is easy and quick.
About 1 month out from your wedding day, we will sit down together and create your timeline to ensure a stress-free, incredible wedding day. If you have a planner, we are happy to work with them directly and give them our input on what we think works best.

Investment for Destination Weddings is $18,000
We do not charge any additional travel fees and there are exclusive discounts for certain these destinations: Italy, France, Iceland, and England, Switzerland, and Germany.
These prices include all taxes with no additional hidden fees or charges.
We do offer discounts for military, first responders, and enrolled college students.

While the industry standard is 3-4 months, we deliver a wedding trailer within 2 days and your wedding videos within 4 weeks!
Yes we do! We are ready to go anywhere in the world you need us and we love to travel.
We have incredibly high-end equipment that allows us to virtually eliminate the possibility of lost clips in any capacity. We triple back up our raw videos and also keep your final edited videos stored for up to 2 years.
Yes we do! We have a vendor list ready and available to share with you upon booking. After over 500 weddings, we have curated a list of the best vendors we have ever seen, to ensure your luxury wedding is cared for by only the best of the best. Having quality vendors can be the difference between a good wedding and a once in a lifetime wedding.
We make this easy by emailing you over a proposal which outlines your services and their inclusions, a custom contract of service, and a payment portal for online deposits and payments. We also recommend scheduling an initial zoom or phone consultation prior to booking or after booking.
Yes we do require a 35% deposit to hold your date. From there 35% would be due at our midway mark for your date, and the last 30% is due on the wedding date. You can make these payments securely through our online payment portal and also set up auto-payments if you wish. You also receive receipts for every transaction.
We have a team of photographers and videographers that can help take the place of your photographer in the event of an emergency. Of course, this is an extremely unlikely occurrence, but we do have a plan b and c just in case.
As early as possible. Dates book very fast for us and we want to ensure we are able to cover your special day. We only take on a certain number of weddings per year to ensure our full creative attention to your wedding and video editing.
Timeless Visions put together the most exquisite videos and I could not be happier. It feels like I'm watching a movie when I see my wedding video and I honestly just cant believe how good it is sometimes. 5 stars doesn't even really do them justice when I try to explain how great they are.
